General Foreman (Civil, Finishing & MEP) Building Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead civil, finishing and MEP works on building projects. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities across civil, finishing and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and workforce teams.
• Manage manpower allocation, monitor productivity and track daily progress.
• Inspect quality of civil structures, architectural finishes and MEP installations, and rectify defects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Report progress and issues to the Construction Manager or Site Engineer.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years experience as a General Foreman in building construction, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience managing civil works, finishing activities and MEP coordination on large‑scale projects.
