About the role
A reputable company in the real estate and construction sector is seeking an experienced General Foreman to coordinate and supervise daily site activities in Dubai. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a monthly salary of 4000‑5000 AED. The successful candidate will work onsite, supervising teams and ensuring that all construction activities meet quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors on-site.
- Coordinate daily construction activities and assign tasks to teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and site productivity.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when required.
- Follow project schedules and coordinate with engineers and site management.
- Maintain proper site safety practices and work procedures.
- Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the relevant team.
- Prepare basic daily progress and manpower reports.
Required profile
- Can join immediately.
- Secondary school education.
- No prior experience required (fresher).
