General Foreman – Site Supervisor for Villa Finishing

About the role
Alabdlos contracting LLC is seeking a hands‑on General Foreman to lead villa finishing, landscape and hardscape works on a Dubai construction site. The role involves daily supervision of site activities, coordination with subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to quality standards and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities including concrete, masonry and finishing works.
- Manage workers, subcontractors and daily site operations.
- Monitor material deliveries, manpower, and daily work status.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety and proper work sequencing.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Dubai.
- At least 6 years total experience in construction/finishing supervision.
- Villa finishing experience preferred.
- Basic English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving and hardscape works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience supervising concrete, masonry and civil works.
