General Manager - Agriculture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the agriculture retail and distribution business in Dubai, with full responsibility for commercial performance, profitability, and expansion across the UAE/GCC. The role includes overseeing P&L, driving market expansion, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall P&L, sales, profitability, and business performance.
• Lead retail and distribution agricultural products.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel network.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, principals, and key customers.
• Drive business development, market expansion, and revenue growth.
• Lead teams across commercial, retail operations, technical sales, and aftersales.
• Strengthen market presence and identify new products, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an agriculture retail/distribution business with end‑to‑end P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs and related products.
• Experience in dealer/channel management and supplier/principal relationships.
• Strong commercial and business development track record.
• Good knowledge and network within the UAE/GCC agriculture market.
