General Manager – Cash Management & ATM Services (UAE)

About the role

Brink’s is seeking a commercially minded, strategic General Manager to lead its UAE Cash Management, ATM Managed Services and Digital Retail Solutions operations within a Joint Venture structure. The role holds full P&L responsibility, operational delivery, people leadership and regulatory compliance, driving profitability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial, marketing and operational strategies aligned with market trends and JV objectives.
• Own full P&L, identify cost efficiencies, eliminate unnecessary spending and maximize revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team to operate as a cohesive, high‑performing management group.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, third parties and opinion leaders.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Drive implementation of best‑practice technologies to improve processes, control costs and maintain high‑quality service.
• Assess competence of key management, ensure succession planning and development for critical positions.
• Travel locally within the UAE and overseas as required to support business objectives.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of senior executive experience (General Manager, Managing Director, Country Head) in services, preferably security, cash management or freight forwarding.
• Proven track record in turnaround assignments, operational transformation and fostering a lean culture.
• Experience operating within Joint Ventures or M&A environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in ambiguous settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Relevant university degree and professional certifications.
