General Manager – Cash Management (UAE)

About the role

Brink’s Global Services is seeking a commercially‑minded, strategic and resilient General Manager to lead its UAE Cash Management, ATM Managed Services and Digital Retail Solutions operations within a Joint Venture structure. The role holds full P&L responsibility and drives financial performance, operational delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies, policies and commercial/marketing plans aligned with market trends and JV objectives.
• Own full P&L, identify cost efficiencies, drive revenue growth and ensure robust financial governance.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team, fostering a high‑performing, cohesive management group.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, partners and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure secure, safe and compliant operations in line with Brink’s global standards and UAE regulations.
• Oversee resource allocation, including human, financial and technical assets, to meet business needs.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of senior executive experience (General Manager, Managing Director, Country Head) in services such as freight forwarding, security services or cash management.
• Proven track record in turnaround assignments, operational transformation and managing Joint Ventures or M&A environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and ability to make decisions in ambiguous settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language, with experience leading large teams.
• Relevant university degree and professional certifications.
