General Manager – Digital Retail Platform

About the role

We are building Dubai Mall Online, a first‑of‑its‑kind digital retail platform that brings the scale of Dubai Mall to the internet. As General Manager you will own the full P&L and drive the end‑to‑end performance of the platform, shaping the future of retail at a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy and P&L for Dubai Mall Online.
• Build and scale a category‑defining digital retail platform from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to craft a compelling customer value proposition.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across logistics, fulfilment, last‑mile delivery and commercial execution.
• Ensure operational excellence, scalable growth and a seamless experience for customers and retailers.
• Align the platform with Dubai Mall’s premium positioning while supporting retailer success.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an operator in eCommerce or fashion marketplace environments.
• Deep understanding of logistics, fulfilment, last‑mile delivery and commercial execution.
• Track record of managing full P&L responsibility and driving growth.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, complex problem‑solving settings.
