About the role
A leading MENA company operating in pharmaceutical, medical equipment, aesthetic medicine, and cosmetics is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Dubai operations.
Required profile
- Senior management/GM experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Strong commercial, sales, and business development experience
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability
- Strong knowledge of the MENA market
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision‑making skills
- Experience managing teams, operations, budgets, and KPIs
- Local experience preferred
