General Manager – ELV Sales

About the role

The General Manager – ELV Sales (Structured Cabling) will lead Zen Interactive Technologies' structured cabling business in Dubai, reporting directly to the CEO. This full‑time, on‑site position combines strategic ownership with hands‑on sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a distribution network of distributors, resellers and system integrators across the UAE, GCC and MEA, establishing channel programs, pricing structures and partner agreements.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy, own the P&L, set revenue, margin and market‑share targets, and lead large project pursuits from tender to close.
• Personally manage key accounts—including major distributors, system integrators, contractors and developers—creating long‑term relationships and negotiating framework agreements.
• Recruit, develop and mentor a sales team of managers, channel managers, presales engineers and coordinators, setting performance targets and building sales processes.
• Forecast revenue, manage budgets, monitor the sales pipeline and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in structured cabling/ELV sales in the GCC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record building distribution channels, growing a P&L and exceeding sales targets.
• Established network among distributors, system integrators, contractors and consultants in the region.
• Strong commercial, analytical and general management skills, including strategic planning and operational oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
