General Manager - Facilities Management

About the role

A recruiter is supporting a leading UAE-based conglomerate in hiring a General Manager of Facilities Management to lead and grow its FM division. This is a broad leadership role covering operations, commercial performance, P&L, service delivery and business growth, overseeing both hard and soft FM services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, residential and sports facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the FM division's P&L, commercial performance and operational delivery
• Lead both hard and soft FM services across multiple sites
• Drive business growth, tenders, contract renewals and client retention
• Improve service delivery, margins, SLAs and operational performance
• Lead and develop a growing multi-site FM team
• Manage senior client, supplier and stakeholder relationships

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Facilities Management, including significant senior leadership exposure
• Strong track record managing multi-site FM portfolios
• Proven P&L and commercial responsibility
• Experience across both hard and soft services
• Excellent client relationship, operational and people-management capability
