General Manager - Joinery Business Unit

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to found and run this joinery business unit, bringing the business plan, team, and/or an existing factory or company to the table. Greenbull’s own villa developments provide an active client and showcase from day one, with the ambition to build a premium joinery business across the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Build the business from scratch or identify an existing company to buy out, including the business plan, team, and factory capability.
• Own the P&L – margins, costs, and overall commercial performance.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, the core value driver of this business.
• Set up assets and production while maintaining high quality and technical standards.
• Build and lead the team, including senior technical or factory leadership.
• Win and deliver projects, starting with Greenbull and then expanding to the wider market.
• Report to Greenbull Group leadership on performance and growth.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the UAE market: regulations, key players, and business practices.
• In‑depth expertise in joinery: products, suppliers, technical standards, and pricing.
• Proven leadership track record: built a company, business unit, or managed a factory from the ground up.
• Experience running a joinery fabrication factory or ability to hire and manage one.
