General Manager - Lobby Lounge

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort slated to open in Spring 2027, is looking for a General Manager to lead its Lobby Lounge. Reporting to the Food & Beverage director, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high‑end, beachside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Lobby Lounge operations, including service, culinary, staffing and financial performance.
• Drive revenue growth while managing costs, labour productivity and overall profitability.
• Coach and develop department heads and team members to foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on menu creation, promotions and personalized guest offerings.
• Analyse guest feedback, KPIs and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, equipment and resources efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Design training programs and maintain clear operating procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of senior leadership experience in a casual‑dining or luxury restaurant environment.
• Proven P&L accountability and strong financial literacy.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency in high‑volume settings.
