General Manager, Middle East

About the role

CarbonCure Technologies is seeking a General Manager for the Middle East to lead growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you will serve as the senior regional operational lead, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, building trusted customer and partner relationships, and coordinating commercial, technical and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, business performance, pipeline growth, partner activity and customer delivery across the Middle East.
• Build scalable processes, operating rhythms and a high‑performing regional ecosystem focused on safety, quality, accountability and customer success.
• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Identify, negotiate and close opportunities with concrete producers, developers, contractors, government stakeholders, distributors and strategic partners.
• Represent CarbonCure at industry events, driving brand awareness and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Executive presence and industry credibility in concrete, construction materials, infrastructure, industrial technology or sustainability solutions.
• Proven ability to turn complex market opportunities into scalable regional growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development in the Middle East.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering results in fast‑growing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
