General Manager – New Mediterranean Restaurant & Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre‑opening and launch of a new Mediterranean restaurant and beach club in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines hospitality leadership with a focus on creating a vibrant lifestyle destination that blends dining, entertainment and beachside service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening and opening phases, ensuring operational readiness across all areas of the venue.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality and guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance through budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and cost control.
• Recruit, coach and develop multicultural front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams on launch activities, events, activations and partnerships to increase footfall and revenue.
• Monitor guest feedback and key performance metrics, implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality venue.
• Proven experience in beach clubs, lifestyle venues or high‑volume premium restaurants, preferably with Mediterranean concepts.
• Pre‑opening experience and familiarity with the UAE or GCC hospitality market is an advantage.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making skills with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
