General Manager – Salon & Medispa (Sharjah)

About the role

The General Manager will lead M Beauty Salon’s expansion into advanced skin, body and wellness treatments, overseeing the entire salon operation, revenue generation and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly revenue targets, increase average bill value, and convert enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta into confirmed appointments.
• Launch and sell new advanced treatment categories, manage licensing and compliance with Sharjah authorities, and reposition existing offerings such as the Moroccan bath.
• Manage daily floor operations, stock, consumables, and maintain accurate booking, POS and CRM data.
• Lead, train and grow a multinational team of 21+, set individual targets, and design commission structures.

Required profile

• 5–10 years managing a salon, medispa or aesthetic clinic, with at least 2 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and introducing new treatments or devices commercially.
• Experience with UAE beauty and aesthetics licensing, and ability to read P&L statements.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with salon booking software, POS and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse P&L, calculate treatment margins and manage cost bases.

What we offer

• Fixed salary AED 10,000–12,000 per month, inclusive of housing and transport allowance.
• Performance bonus AED 2,000–8,000 per month, with on‑target earnings AED 12,000–20,000 per month.
