General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader capable of combining uncompromising guest experience with commercial performance, brand positioning and extraordinary people leadership. The role demands a General Manager who goes beyond operating a five‑star property and understands how to make every guest interaction unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the property’s financial and operational performance, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Oversee all hotel operations—rooms, food & beverage, guest relations, housekeeping, spa and support functions—to maintain ultra‑luxury standards.
• Lead and inspire the executive committee, build a high‑performance multicultural team and develop succession plans.
• Drive commercial performance by managing RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, identifying new revenue streams and ensuring disciplined cost control.
• Strengthen brand positioning through close work with sales, marketing and revenue teams, and by cultivating relationships with luxury travel networks and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience with significant General Manager or Hotel Manager leadership in luxury or ultra‑luxury 5‑star properties.
• Full P&L responsibility and proven commercial and revenue‑management mindset.
• Strong knowledge of rooms and food & beverage operations and experience managing large multicultural teams.
• Excellent English; prior Middle East experience and pre‑opening or transformation projects are a strong advantage.
