General Practitioner – Aesthetic Medicine

About the role

Amana Healthcare, a leading long‑term care and rehabilitation provider in the Middle East, is looking for a skilled General Practitioner with a focus on aesthetic medicine. The role involves delivering high‑quality, non‑surgical cosmetic treatments while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for aesthetic concerns.
• Perform non‑surgical procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, mesotherapy, PRP, thread lifting, and other approved aesthetic treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post‑procedure care.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise holistic patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognised by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.
• Valid DOH licence or eligibility as a General Practitioner.
• Certification and formal training in Aesthetic Medicine from a recognised institution.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience as a General Practitioner and at least 2 years experience in aesthetic medicine.
