General Practitioner – Emergency Experience

About the role

The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on emergency situations. The role requires swift clinical decisions, effective patient referrals, and continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Refer patients to specialists and consultants across hospital departments as needed.
• Make rapid, effective decisions based on presenting symptoms and patients' medical histories.
• Respond to patient complaints promptly and keep patients informed about their care.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and error‑free documentation.
• Identify and report non‑compliance issues, and continuously evaluate the quality of own work.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a relevant department within a private hospital setting.
• Medical degree recognized by the UAE healthcare authority.
• Diploma or training in a specialty recognized by the UAE healthcare authority.
• Active, valid life‑support certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
