About the role
Provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based GP level care in a private hospital setting, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the company and UAE regulatory authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical services to patients efficiently.
- Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
- Maintain compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards.
- Ensure accurate medical records and uphold continuous professional development.
Required profile
- Basic medical degree recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
- Diploma or training in a recognised speciality.
- Active and valid life support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
- 2–3 years experience in the relevant specialised department in a private hospital.
Required skills
- Ability to facilitate clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior colleagues.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English (Arabic advantageous).
- Proficiency in an electronic medical record system.
