General Practitioner – Primary Care & Dermatology

About the role

The General Practitioner will join Glow Aesthetic’s Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah, delivering primary medical care to a diverse patient base. Working on‑site full‑time, the GP will integrate clinical expertise with the clinic’s aesthetic and dermatology services to ensure comprehensive, patient‑centered treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, take medical histories and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage common medical and dermatological conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and coordinate treatment plans with dermatologists and other specialists.
• Ensure timely follow‑up care and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with clinical governance.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and skincare best practices.
• Adhere to safety, infection‑control and quality‑assurance protocols.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and the multidisciplinary clinical team.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a current UAE licence to practice as a General Practitioner.
• Strong foundation in primary care and experience managing a broad range of general medical conditions.
• Background or exposure to family medicine with a focus on continuity of care.
• Ability to work effectively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in training, mentoring or educating junior clinical staff.
• Interest or experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, culturally sensitive and patient‑centered approach.
• Commitment to clinical quality, ethical practice and continuous professional development.
