General Recreation Supervisor – Kids Club

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic General Recreation professional to lead and coordinate indoor and outdoor children’s activities year‑round in our hotel’s Kids Club. The role is central to delivering an exceptional guest journey, representing the brand at every touchpoint and ensuring families leave as delighted fans of our property.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and conduct daily children’s programmes, ensuring they meet EHG quality and safety standards.
• Manage Kids Club staff, monitor areas and activities, and uphold the highest service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering flawless service from guest arrival to departure.
• Anticipate and prevent guest complaints; execute effective service recovery when required.
• Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors, always prioritising guest interests.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance and equipment.

Required profile

• Genuine service‑oriented personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum one‑year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Adaptable, resilient and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
