General Spa Role – Guest Experience Specialist

This position ensures exceptional guest experiences throughout the spa journey, representing the Emaar brand from welcome to farewell. The role focuses on delivering flawless service and delighting guests with a full range of spa treatments at the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and turn each visitor into a happy fan of the hotel.
• Provide spa treatments with consistent quality and adherence to service standards.
• Execute operational tasks in line with established procedures and go the extra mile when possible.
• Prevent complaints, manage service recovery, and communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors.
• Uphold a customer‑first mindset, driving results, learning, resilience, and adaptability.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
