About the role
The General Support Specialist (Room Attendant) works across hotel departments to ensure guests and associates receive timely assistance. Runners deliver items, support housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office, contributing to smooth hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms and support various hotel departments.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 55 lb without assistance.
- Navigate narrow, confined, elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
- Read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
