Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified issues.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and any follow‑up actions.
