General Technician

About the role

As a General Technician at Hilton you will ensure the hotel’s physical safety and functionality, creating a welcoming environment for every guest. You will work across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, delivering fast, reliable maintenance support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, guaranteeing safety and operational readiness of guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and address identified issues.
• Document all inspections, repairs and any follow‑up actions required.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for delivering hospitality experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to act quickly and responsibly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic experience in a maintenance or facilities role (minimum one month).
