Geotechnical Engineer Piling Division Arabic Speaker

About the role

Al Marwan Group is looking for a motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join its Piling Division in Sharjah. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates with a civil or geotechnical engineering background who want to develop expertise in piling, foundations, and ground investigation.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of piling and foundation works.
• Review geotechnical reports, soil investigation data, drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor site piling activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in reviewing pile installation records, test results and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Participate in pile load testing, integrity testing, borehole investigations and other geotechnical testing activities.
• Maintain accurate technical and project records, and prepare daily reports, method statements and other documentation.
• Identify and report technical issues or site conditions affecting piling and foundation works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Arabic speaking (preferred/required).
• Strong interest in piling, foundations and geotechnical engineering.
• Basic understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering and construction principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
