Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant – Dubai

About the role

EY is looking for a Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. The role will lead complex tax engagements, manage client compliance and reporting, and help grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multi‑disciplinary teams delivering tax compliance and reporting services.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement standardized processes, and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience, with ability to coach and develop junior staff.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
