Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking a Consultant to join the Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai, leading complex tax engagements and driving the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing tax services and manage client compliance and reporting needs.
• Oversee day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, implement standardized processes, and manage risks.
• Supervise high‑performing teams, coach junior members, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting, and tax auditing, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Strong managerial, organizational and project‑management experience, with ability to work across borders and multicultural environments.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of tax legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing multinational client engagements.
