About the role

The Global Events role at Monad Foundation will own the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s worldwide event presence. You will shape memorable experiences for developers, community members, token‑holders, and both Web2 and Web3 organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop long‑term, scalable event opportunities aligned with Monad initiatives.
• Plan and execute hosted or sponsored events of any size, from small gatherings to large conferences, domestically and internationally.
• Define event goals, OKRs, and success metrics; conduct data‑driven post‑mortems to improve ROI.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure events meet strategic objectives.
• Develop operational standards and playbooks to maintain consistent branding and quality across all events.

Required profile

• Highly organized and creatively driven professional with extensive event planning experience.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to work with diverse vendors and agencies.
• Proven ability to adapt events to regional, cultural, and venue‑specific requirements.
