Global Finance and Tax Advisor

About the role

We are a fast‑growing multinational operating across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the Global Finance and Tax Advisor will ensure our international financial compliance, advise on accounting standards and tax obligations, and support cross‑border structuring for real‑estate, construction and leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws and corporate structuring requirements.
• Provide guidance on IFRS, local GAAP and region‑specific financial rules for EMEA and APAC markets.
• Collaborate with local and international advisors on regulatory compliance and licensing matters.
• Support financial operations in real‑estate, construction and leasing, offering optimal financial structures and risk mitigation.
• Monitor evolving tax and regulatory requirements across all markets and coordinate implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with finance, legal and operations teams to ensure integrated compliance and reporting.
• Contribute to internal controls, audit readiness and corporate governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and improve financial workflows and policies across global offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CA or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international finance and compliance, with specific exposure to UAE regulations.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax laws and multi‑country accounting practices.
• Experience advising in real‑estate, construction or leasing sectors.
