Global Head of Indirect Procurement

About the role

The Global Head of Indirect Procurement will shape and execute Arcera’s worldwide indirect procurement strategy, driving digital transformation and process harmonisation across all legal entities. Based in Abu Dhabi, the leader will build a high‑performing global team and deliver measurable business value through effective stakeholder, supplier and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead a high‑performing global indirect procurement team across regions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve global procurement processes, policies and governance for indirect categories.
• Monitor and strategically manage global indirect spend to achieve sustainable savings and efficiencies.
• Own strategic tendering, lead negotiations for high‑value global projects and manage contract lifecycle.
• Drive procurement technology implementation, including Coupa, and integrate subsidiaries into the global organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 10–15 years of indirect procurement experience in an international environment.
• 4–5+ years of proven global leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop long‑term procurement strategies and lead high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English.
