Global Lead, Net Zero and Decarbonisation

About the role

Anthesis is looking for a Global Lead for Net Zero and Decarbonisation, a senior leadership role within its Climate & Nature Solutions business line. The role sets the global strategy, growth agenda and market positioning of the decarbonisation offering, connecting client demand with technical expertise. It drives commercial success through business development, flagship client engagement, go-to-market leadership and revenue growth, while also leading innovation, thought leadership and service evolution. Candidates are considered globally and the location is flexible.

Key responsibilities

• Define the global "Center of Expertise" strategy, working with other Climate & Nature Global Senior Line Leaders to maximise the client value proposition and share market insights with regional teams.
• Cultivate 5-10 flagship client engagements and lead the global go-to-market strategy, including market monitoring, value proposition framing, service offering refinement and testing.
• Promote the offering to key clients and high-growth accounts in the North America region.
• Lead innovation across the portfolio, including new or enhanced services, digital products and sector-specific adaptations.
• Build thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications and media opportunities.
• Support business growth by helping operations recruit, develop and retain expertise, including building a pipeline of strategic hires and acquisitions.
• Work with regional technical leads to ensure global consistency and quality, through community engagement, upskilling initiatives and shared best practices.

Required profile

• 15-20 years of experience combining a strong commercial and sustainability background.
• Global perspective supported by relevant international experience.
• Reports to the Global Business Line Lead and sits in the Global Business Line Leadership Team, coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
