Global Manager - Project Management - Logistics

About the role

Reporting to the Global SVP – Project Management Office, the Global Manager – Project Management – Logistics will support the planning, coordination and delivery of key projects across the Logistics business. The role works with global and regional stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively governed, with clear visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining project plans, milestones and actions.
• Maintain accurate project status, dashboards and governance documentation; prepare regular reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating material concerns when required.
• Coordinate across global functions, regions and project teams, facilitating meetings and ensuring clear documentation of actions and owners.
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule and budget, analysing performance and highlighting variances.
• Apply established PMO methodologies, templates and governance standards, supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating complex projects in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation is desirable.
• Exposure to integration or business transformation projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and governance processes.
