Global PR Director

About the role

The Global PR Director will shape Huda Beauty’s worldwide public‑relations strategy, driving brand visibility, cultural relevance and reputation across markets. Reporting to senior leadership, this leader will craft and execute narrative frameworks that align earned media, digital storytelling and purpose‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global PR strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand and communication plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with international editors, media outlets, creators and cultural influencers.
• Lead PR for major product launches, brand milestones, founder initiatives and purpose‑centric campaigns.
• Develop global playbooks, processes and measurement tools to guarantee PR excellence and consistency.
• Act as strategic advisor to the Founder, VP Communications and senior leadership on narrative and cultural storytelling.
• Represent Huda Beauty in high‑profile media engagements, including interview preparation and press opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of experience in global public relations or communications.
• Proven track record of shaping brand perception across multiple regions.
• Strong network of global media contacts and cultural voices.
• Ability to advise senior executives on narrative strategy and crisis communication.
