Global Product Owner – Generative AI (Unstructured Data)

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Group Business Services team as a Global Product Owner responsible for shaping Generative AI capabilities that work with unstructured data. You will help define the AI roadmap, ensure compliance with the bank’s risk and privacy standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional squads to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Generative AI capabilities focused on unstructured data, aligning with the bank’s AI and data strategies.
• Own and maintain the bank’s approved view on Generative AI knowledge systems, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), GraphRAG, metadata, chunking, access control, privacy, and source attribution.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery squads with AI engineering peers and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable capabilities.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for safety, reliability, and performance of Generative AI systems, ensuring they meet bank standards.
• Execute pre‑implementation testing with risk, compliance, legal, and information‑security teams to validate behaviours and control requirements.
• Integrate observability tools and dashboards to monitor quality, usage, performance trends, and risk indicators.
• Manage multi‑squad product backlogs, prioritising business value and delivery capacity.
