Global Reporting and Compliance Manager

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager to lead its Global Reporting and Compliance (GCR) practice in Abu Dhabi. You will head complex tax engagements, ensuring high‑quality compliance and reporting services for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering tax compliance, reporting and advisory services.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables.
• Implement standardized processes, identify risks and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Coach and develop junior staff, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably in a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
