About the role

Bybit is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead – Expert to act as the strategic hiring advisor for designated business units. In this senior position you will partner with business leaders to shape workforce plans, drive talent strategy and support executive hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand organisational priorities, workforce plans and hiring needs.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, business, leadership and specialist roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent globally.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Provide market intelligence, data‑driven insights and influence hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or fast‑growing environment.
• Commercial mindset with ability to align talent strategy with business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data‑oriented approach to recruitment and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and advisory capabilities.
