Global Technical Marketing Manager

About the role

The Global Technical Marketing Manager will lead the worldwide technical marketing strategy for insulation products, covering thermal, acoustic and chemical solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with market demands, ensuring product knowledge supports business development and positioning across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global technical marketing strategies for insulation applications.
• Introduce products to consultants, contractors, distributors and key decision‑makers worldwide.
• Provide technical expertise to sales teams, distributors and clients, explaining product benefits, specifications and applications.
• Create technical marketing content such as datasheets, application guides, case studies, presentations and training materials.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to guide product innovation aligned with market demands.
• Represent the company at global industry events, exhibitions and technical seminars.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with regional regulations, standards and certifications.
• Train and mentor internal teams and partners on technical and marketing aspects of insulation products.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in insulation (thermal, acoustic, chemical) with a strong technical and marketing background.
• Proven experience managing technical marketing at a regional or global level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or related) or Marketing with a technical focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required.
