Global Training Center Director

About the role

The Global Training Center Director will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and leadership training programs across Anton's worldwide operations. Reporting to senior leadership, the role aligns training strategy with the company’s growth objectives and corporate culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that supports the company’s development plan and HR roadmap.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses, create annual and quarterly training calendars, and tailor programs to departmental goals.
• Oversee the execution of onboarding, skill‑building, and leadership development projects, ensuring high‑quality content and delivery.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI, adjusting programs as needed.
• Build and manage an internal instructor pool, integrate external resources, and steward the training budget.
• Promote corporate values through training initiatives, fostering cultural alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in petroleum engineering, energy management, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of training management experience within a global energy organization, including technical training system development.
• Strong knowledge of oil‑and‑gas competency models (e.g., drilling, well completion, digital operations).
