About the role

Legora is seeking a senior Go‑to‑Market leader to drive the full sales cycle for its AI‑native legal workspace in Dubai. You will work with large corporates and law firms, shaping how they adopt cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing, for major corporate and law‑firm accounts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and legal teams to align the platform with client requirements and accelerate development.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, addressing their pain points with tailored AI‑driven solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption.
• Refine account acquisition and management strategies, documenting best practices to enable scalable growth.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven B2B sales or Go‑to‑Market experience in a top‑tier consultancy, prestigious law firm or leading organization.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota and business targets.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to overcome challenges while staying goal‑focused.
• Curious and open to feedback, continuously seeking improvement.
• Passionate about international business development and transforming the legal industry with AI.
• Founder‑mindset with initiative to create scalable growth systems.
