Goods Receiver – Turkish Speaker

About the role

A leading hospitality entity in the UAE is seeking an experienced Goods Receiver who is fluent in Turkish. The role involves managing all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and specifications, checking quantities, quality, freshness, packaging and expiry dates.
• Report damaged, incorrect or short items, verify documentation, maintain accurate receiving records and coordinate with purchasing, finance, stores, kitchen and operations teams.
• Handle temperature‑controlled deliveries, support stock control, assist with regular stock counts and maintain a clean, compliant receiving area.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Goods Receiver, Receiving Clerk, Storekeeper or similar role within hospitality.
• Good knowledge of F&B products (fresh produce, meat, seafood, beverages, dry goods) and inventory/stock control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; prior UAE hospitality experience preferred.
