Governance Assistant Manager (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Governance Assistant Manager to support the Senior Governance and TPRM Manager with policy and Delegation of Authority simplification and to work with IT to translate governance requirements into practical technical solutions. The position is a three‑month contract based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the policy and document governance framework.
• Merge and simplify policies.
• Merge and simplify Delegations of Authority.
• Coordinate requirements and delivery with IT.
• Update and approve policy governance framework.
• Simplify, update and approve policy portfolio, including all documents.
• Simplify, update and approve Delegation of Authority (DoA) document.
• Simplify approval workflows.

Required profile

• Risk and process understanding.
• Policy and procedure drafting.
• Delegation of Authority and approval workflow expertise.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI appropriately to support delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical terms and align with IT.
• Ability to escalate obstacles promptly.
• Proactive planning and disciplined follow‑through.
• Collaborative stakeholder engagement.
