Governess / Personal Carer / Personal Trainer for UHNW Family (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Governess who can also act as a Personal Carer and Personal Trainer for a private ultra‑high‑net‑worth family in Dubai. The role focuses on the education, development and well‑being of two young children (ages 4 and 2) and involves regular international travel with the family.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities, supporting early literacy, numeracy and school‑readiness for the 4‑year‑old.
• Introduce the 2‑year‑old to sensory play, music, language and exploration to foster curiosity and confidence.
• Apply SEN‑informed strategies to address any additional learning or behavioural needs.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, nannies and the wider household team to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain consistent routines, set clear boundaries and manage challenging behaviour calmly.
• Accompany the family on international trips, ensuring continuity of care and education.

Required profile

• Professional experience in child development, education or specialised SEN support.
• Warm, nurturing demeanor combined with confidence, structure and consistency.
• Ability to create engaging, educational activities and adapt them to each child’s needs.
• Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Required skills

• SEN training or substantial experience supporting children with learning, sensory or behavioural challenges.
• Knowledge of early childhood literacy, numeracy and developmental milestones.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for liaising with parents and household staff.

• Competitive salary of AED 25,000‑30,000 per month.
