About the role

The Government Relations Representative will act as the primary liaison between Premier Motors and various UAE government authorities. This role ensures smooth vehicle registration processes, branch openings, and resolution of traffic‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle registration, cancellation, and re‑registration with traffic and police departments.
Obtain and settle traffic fine details to prevent registration blocks.
Monitor registration expiry dates and provide monthly expense forecasts to the accounts department.
Maintain custody of company stamps and registration documents.
Assist legal teams in filing cases against defaulting customers.
Gather documentation and approvals for new branch openings from relevant government offices.
Build and sustain relationships with government authorities to expedite formalities.

Required profile

Higher Secondary School Certificate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in government liaison work within the UAE.
