Graduate BIM Architect - Landscape Architecture

About the role

KEO, an award-winning architecture and design firm, is looking for a graduate BIM Architect to join its InSite Digital team in Dubai, UAE. The role supports the development and delivery of landscape architecture projects using BIM, while building skills in Revit, digital workflows and model-based design. The position is open only to UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• BIM modelling and documentation: develop landscape architectural Revit models at LOD100 to LOD350, translate design information into structured models, implement design updates while keeping models consistent, and produce technical documentation and model exports.
• Model quality and collaboration: follow BIM standards and templates, maintain and package models through Autodesk Forma (ACC), and take part in BIM coordination meetings; resolve clashes in Revit and manage issues in the cloud.
• BIM content and automation: create and maintain Revit families and parametric content, support project libraries and content catalogs, and use Dynamo and R&D tools to speed up repetitive tasks and data export.
• Learning and development: build BIM authoring and digital delivery skills, learn BIM standards and workflows, and share lessons learned with the team.

Required profile

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for landscape architecture, BIM and digital design.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary Design and Digital teams.
• Proactive, interested in learning, innovation and emerging digital technologies.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Autodesk Forma (ACC)
• Familiarity with Navisworks, model review and clash resolution workflows
• Advantageous: basic knowledge of Dynamo, parametric modelling or automation; experience with Rhino for complex geometry and design-to-BIM workflows
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD/LOI and structured digital delivery
