About the role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP you will join a leading engineering consultancy supporting key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE within the Building Structures team. The role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship and hands‑on project exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing technical designs, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams throughout project life‑cycles.
- Support project documentation and ensure compliance with UAE codes and standards.
- Learn and apply digital engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS and SAFE.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings and help prepare technical deliverables.
Required profile
- UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Strong interest in building structures, design, architecture or structural analysis.
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
