Graduate Civil Engineer (Structural) – UAE Nationals

About the role

AECOM is seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer specializing in Structural Engineering to join its Abu Dhabi team. This full‑time position offers recent graduates the chance to work on diverse, innovative infrastructure projects while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations using industry‑standard software.
• Develop and review structural drawings and technical documentation in line with UAE building codes.
• Create detailed structural models and construction drawings using BIM and CAD.
• Conduct site inspections, documenting conditions and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure structural integrity.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholder review.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• UAE National status as specified in the job classification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with structural analysis software.
• Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Competence in CAD software for structural drafting.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and standards.
