Graduate Consultant – Strategic Advisory (UAE)

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Graduate Consultant to join its Strategic Advisory team in the United Arab Emirates. You will work alongside experienced consultants on high‑impact projects that shape infrastructure policy, strategy and investment for public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of strategies, business cases and policy recommendations.
• Prepare client‑facing presentations, reports and briefing materials.
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and leadership briefings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including planners, economists, digital specialists and engineers.
• Build knowledge of infrastructure systems, governance structures and commercial frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related analytical discipline from a recognised university.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in consulting, strategy or advisory work.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and think logically.
