Graduate Digital Solutions – Dubai (UAE Nationals only)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Urbanism & Planning team in Dubai. You will apply GIS, BIM and parametric modelling tools to support sustainable urban development projects as part of a 24‑month graduate programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in using GIS, BIM and 3D modelling to improve project analysis, visualisation and delivery.
• Collect, organise and analyse spatial and non‑spatial data to inform planning decisions.
• Create digital outputs such as maps, dashboards, 3D models and visualisations for presentations and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in developing digital workflows that increase efficiency, data quality and collaboration.
• Provide junior‑level technical support for digital tools and help troubleshoot basic software issues.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with an interest in data‑driven urban planning.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of parametric modelling tools (Rhino, Grasshopper).
• Basic programming skills (Python, R, JavaScript) and exposure to data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
