About the role
This Graduate Early Careers Program is designed to develop the next generation of talent for Mondelēz International. Participants will rotate through predefined projects and departments, gaining hands‑on experience across the business while being supported to step outside their comfort zones.
Key responsibilities
- Complete rotational assignments in different functions and locations.
- Contribute to real‑world projects that impact the company’s snack portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges.
- Participate in training, mentorship and networking events.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year university student.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable with change.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
